| The VALA website was designed and created in the spring of 2003 by Bernie Lenhoff, based partially on the VALA print brochure design. It is best viewed at an 800x600 resolution or above, and has been tested with recent versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape for both Windows and Mac OS. For better performance, we recommend AOL users use one of these browsers instead of AOL's built in browser, which is quite sluggish by comparison. Since the site uses Javascript, if you experience problems, we recommend upgrading to a later version of your web browser.
The font used in the navigation buttons is Orator. The site was composed on a Macintosh using mostly the Adobe applications GoLive, PhotoShop, and ImageReady, as well as GraphicConverter and BBEdit Lite.
